Bringing Skin Checks to the NRL Beach Footy Fest!

We took the Skin Check Truck to Bondi Beach on Saturday, 4th October for the NRL Beach Footy Tournament, bringing health and fun together in the sun.

Fans had the chance to get free skin checks while enjoying the action-packed tournament. Legends Brad Fittler and ASCF ambassador and NRLW player Emma Verran stopped by the truck to show their support, chatting with the team and helping raise awareness about the importance of early detection.

The ASCF also entered a team in the competition, proving that our dedication to fighting skin cancer doesn’t just happen in the clinic, sometimes it happens on the sand! The day was a huge success, connecting with the community, encouraging healthy sun habits, and reminding everyone that taking a few minutes for a skin check can make all the difference.
