Mission Melanoma - Charity Golf Day in memory of Lionel 2022

The inaugural “Doing it For Lionel Charity Golf Day” will be held in Narromine near Dubbo, on 8 October 2022 at the Narromine Golf Course as part of Mission Melanoma.

A few words from @salsie_e who is organising the event:
“The aim of the golf day is a fun way to take steps for those who sadly can not, raise awareness of melanoma, the importance of sun protection & being proactive with your health & getting regular skin checks.

The crew at Dubbo see a golf day as a way to reach a large & diverse group of people. Each player will get their own goodie bag including a stubby holder which will be very useful on the day! Not only are we offering 18 holes of golf on a beautiful course, but we have a DJ, raffle, auction & a courtesy bus.

Telling our story of losing Dad can be difficult, but a battle with melanoma is harder & as a family we are committed to this mission & being part of Australian Skin Cancer Foundation who do such incredible work with advocacy, support and education”.
