Last night’s Federal Budget delivered major investment into healthcare across Australia

While we missed out again this year, and there still currently remains no ongoing government funding for mobile skin cancer screening services, the Australian Skin Cancer Foundation will continue doing what we do best — showing up for communities right across the country with our two mobile Skin Check Trucks.

From regional towns to sporting events, workplaces and community activations, we will keep pushing forward, keep working alongside governments, the National Skin Cancer roadmap, partners and supporters, and keep fighting for earlier detection and better outcomes for all Australians affected by skin cancer.

We may not receive government funding, but that will never stop our mission.

To every partner, donor, volunteer, nurse, melanographer, dermoscopist, supporter — thank you. You are the reason we can continue saving lives every single day.

We’ll keep going.
