TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Raffle Name - Toyota Corolla Ascent Sport Hybrid Raffle
2. Promoter
Toyota Corolla Ascent Sport Hybrid Raffle will be conducted by Australian Skin Cancer Foundation Ltd (ABN 42648153066) of 206-210 North West Arm Road, Grays Point, NSW 2232. The benefiting organisation is Australian Skin Cancer Foundation Ltd , a not for profit organisation.

New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Victoria (VIC), Australian Capital Territory (ACT).
5. Raffle Period
The Promotion starts at 9am AEDT on Thursday 1st December 2022. The Promotion closes at 9am AEDT on Tuesday 28th February 2023. No entries will be accepted after this time.

7. Maximum Number of Tickets
7500 tickets available for purchase at:.
1 tickets for $25
2 tickets for $50
3 tickets for $75
5 tickets for $100
12 tickets for $200
The Raffle will close at end of the Promotion Period or when all tickets are sold.
8. Maximum Number of Entries
No maximum applies. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like while the Raffle remains open and tickets are available.
9. Entry Restrictions
Entry is open to residents of NSW, QLD, ACT and VIC aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle. Tickets cannot be purchased by any individual involved in the organisation of the raffle or the draw (including RaffleTix). In addition, tickets cannot be purchased by the association conducting or benefiting from the raffle, or it's Management Committee including *immediate family members. *Immediate family means a person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the person.
10. Verification Requirements
If requested by the Promoter, Participants must produce proof of age and residency prior to being awarded a Prize.
11. Draw Details
Draw will take place at 9.30am AEDT on Tuesday 28th February 2023 at 206-210 North West Arm Road, Grays Point, NSW 2232.
The draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. The draw will be conducted by Australian Skin Cancer Foundation Ltd, the Promoter of the raffle. Draw method: Raffle tickets will be drawn at random from a barrel. First prize will be drawn first
followed by all other prizing in descending order.
12. Prize Details
First Prize: Brand New Toyota Corolla Ascent Sport Hybrid Car, frosted white, driveaway. Prize is to be collected from nearest Toyota dealership in a valid State of entry. Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the Raffle. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.
13. Total Prize Pool $32,665.00 (incl. GST).
14. Notification and Publication of Winners
Winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within 3 business days of being drawn. Prize Winner name will be published on the Raffle Website and the Australian Skin Cancer Foundation Ltd website and Facebook pages.
15. Prize Claim Date
Winner has twelve (6) months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize. If the winner resides in the ACT and they do not claim their prize by 9.30am (AEDT) on 28 March 2023, a redraw/unclaimed prize draw will be held in the same manner as the original draw at 9.30am (AEDT) on 31 March (approx. 3 days after claim date), at (insert redraw address). If the redraw winner does not claim their Prize within 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Winner is to contact the Promoter in order to claim their prize. The car can be collected from the winners local Toyota dealer. If you are a Winner, you are responsible for your use of the Prize, including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
16. Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
17. Additional Terms – Privacy
The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners reserve the right to send marketing communications to any entrant that opts-in to receive communications from the Promoter and its authorised marketing partners. The entrant can advise the Promoter at any time if they no longer wish to receive this information, by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at info@ausskincancer.org. The Promoter and its authorised marketing partners may continue to send communications to the entrant for an indefinite period unless and until advised otherwise by the
entrant.
